Delivery of the products are made within Greece through the courier company SPEEDEX in a period of 2-3 working days * and for the other countries through the company Hellenic Post in a period of 4-6 working days.

In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to Paint On Demand (POD) (name, full address, telephone) in an order form in order to complete the delivery.

The products are distributed from 09:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Friday. Once the order arrives at the receiving address, you will be asked to sign in order to be delivered.

If the order arrives at the your destination and there is no one to pick up, then the cooperation courier company will make two more attempts, in the next working days, to deliver the product to you, leaving you a notice to contact their representative. The time limit to contact with them and determine the re-shipment of the product to you in is 3 working days. In case that the information you entered in the order form isn’t correct, Paint On Demand (POD) doesn’t bear any responsibility for non- delivery.

* Due to the overloading of the courier networks, the delivery of your order may be delayed. From our side, we work in order to reach your hands as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

 

Return of the products will be accepted upon request and approval of the online store. The consumer is charged with shipping cost of the product returned in safe packaging. Returns of items “On Demand” are not admissible.
